			<description>Can any of you out there, shed any light on the confusing situation regarding fletchings / vanes. There are so many on the market that is difficult to know what to get...... long, short tall, all the different shape variations, some with ridges running along the vanes, curly ones? The list is endless. Is there any sort of process to work out what is appropriate, and correct for a particular type of arrow makeup. Are there any stats listed somewhere to show that say curly vanes out perform straight  ...</description>

			<description>Well - what can I say - only that this person has overpulled her bicep pulling MENS arrows out of the boss.

A visit to the hospital this evening confirmed it!!!!

Complete rest - no using it at all - shame that the ironing, washing, and hoovering wont get done as I really do enjoy doing those things nearly as much as my archery    



So wont be shooting in our Tournament next week -I am just Field Captain - apparently the first person that I get killed doesn't count

I don't know who the coach was for this chap but he needs better instruction on head positioning. I understand however that he had previously eaten the boss due to it being a delicasy.
